Omega-3 fatty acids: Krill oil from a species of krill. Two of the most important nutrients in krill oil are omega-3 fatty acids similar to fish oil and phospholipid-derived fatty acids (plfa), mainly phosphatidylcholine. Also, antioxidant experimental egg products with krill oil likely contain astaxanthin, a natural antioxidant. Nobody knows what the clinical benefits are, but it will be expensive.

Maybe.: I assume from your handle that you are taking the nsaids for arthritis. I found two small studies in the journal of the american college of nutrition to support the claim that krill oil reduces arthritic symptoms. Not solid evidence but worth a try if you can't tolerate nsaids. The majority of the benefit was in 7-14 days so you should know quickly whether it is working and want to continue.
