Food Myths: There would be little benefit from so much juice in one's diet. That is a lot of sugar calories. There would be no lasting benefit from this much excess sugar in the diet.

Cranberry juice: Cranberries contain proanthyocyanidins (PACs) which can help to prevent urinary tract infections (UTI's) in women with recurrent UTI's. They are also reported to have antioxidant, anti-inflammatory & anti-carcinogenic effects.Cranberries contain vitamins C, E & K, manganese, copper, pantothenic acid & 4.6 grams of dietary fiber per cup. Has lots of sugar -so don't drink too much.
