Can pure cranberry juice (no sugar) irritate the bladder? i've always heard it's good for urinary health, but after trying some the other day, i began experiencing bladder irritation that has since dissipated. coffee also has same effect. too acidic?

You should try the cranberry juice again and give it 8 hours to work. Increase your fluid intake to at least 8 glasses a day, and read this article: https://www.webmd.com/women/news/20100823/cranberry-juice-fights-urinary-tract-infection-quickly Best wishes

every product has an individual affect unique to that person. There is no need to take ANY drug or supplement unless you have a problem and then too under supervision of your MD. Stick to adequate amt. of water, not holding urine, keeping the genital area clean, avoiding constipation. You will save a lot of money which you can use to enjoy yourself!
