C. diff colitis: This colon infection comes from a spore, that can hang around in your colon. Usually its easily treated with oral antibiotic flagyl. Once on treatment the diarrhea should slowly resolve. However recurrent c. Diff does occur. If diarrhea returns or persists, then you need additional stool samples and longer time on antibiotic, up to 8 weeks. Stay in touch with your doc, report your symptoms.

Why do I get loose stools every time i eat?
When I eat food from outside, i get smelly and greasy stools. Sometimes I also get thin/loose/ runny stools 2-3 times a day from outside food.Does this indicate that the food I ate is bad? or its just that body is adjusting to it in this way?

I've been having dull gallbladder pain lasting 24 hours with few breaks in between, it gets worse after I eat (although I've been nauseous) and my stool has been loose and orange. I did get diagnosed with gallstones but could this be a blockage?
