Numbness: There must be more to this story. But, 'quick numbness of the hands and feet' is in no way an indication of having an HIV infection.

Doubtful: With HIV disease, depending upon the stage and what we are referring to, almost anything can happen, including CNS infections that can produce peripheral neuropathies, etc. If, however, you do not have true aids this is very very unlikely. If you are concerned with possible exposure you need to be tested for HIV along with other stds. The numbing needs separate evaluation.
