Depends: Soaps do not cause yeast infection. But yeast infection may be transmitted by sex.

Not usually : Yeast infection is caused by Candida Albicans species and usually associated with antibiotic use or contraceptives use. Responds to Fluconazole and intravaginal antifungals.
