Pain: A minor disc bulge that minimally indents the thecal sac is very early in its condition and it may respond to an epidural injection series. Please consult your local pain management physician or orthopedist who can guide you in your treatment.

Not significant: A minor disc bulge is so common as to almost normal. The bulge be comes possibly significant when it begins to impinge on a nerveroot.
