Dehydration: The severity of symptoms are different in children, adult and old people. Can be mild, moderate and severe. Thirst, dry mouth or buccal mucosa, dry skin, poor skinturgor, sunkeneye, sluggish, tired, poorappetite, constipation, decrease urine out put to nil, dark urine, confusion and unable to think straight. Blood test blood urea nitrogen is high. Diarrhea & vanco for c. Diff?Good luck.

One way: One way to tell if you are dehydrated could be if your urine is a very concentrated appearance, such as dark yellow. You want to make sure you are drinking enough fluids to maintain a light-yellow lemonade appearance of your urine.
