can you tell me how could i tell if im still dehydrated?

A little difficult: It's actually hard to tell if someone is dehydrated unless it is extreme. This is because the body has certain mechanisms to combat dehydration (such as increased thirst, increasing your blood pressure, decreasing urine output). In an extreme situation, you'd see all of the above as well as maybe some confusion. I encourage fluids such as gatorade if you expect to be dehydrated.
