Yes: Caffeine is what is in most of them, and others contain fair amounts of sugar as well. Both of these have diuretic properties and you lose more fluid than you are taking in with them. Energy drinks are not good for you in excess. I think one of them is probably fine, or maybe two - essentially similar to 3-4 cups of coffee, but higher doses can cause problems -anxiety, insomnia, hypertension.
