You've a good start: I think you've got prime suspects. For posture issues - there are ergonomic accessories & furniture that can help. Also, you can make it a procedural standard to set an alarm on the computer for a reasonable time period that requires you to take a walk around break. There's no rule you can't think and walk - but stress&anxiety can go down w/ breaks too. A psychotherapist can help too w/ your plan.
