A member asked:

Blood report- mcv- 99fl, mch-35.5pg, mchc-35.7g/dl, esr-30mm...wt does this mean?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

Lab data: The mcv, MCH and MCHC are measurements of the size and hemoglobin content of red blood cells. The erythrocyte sedimentation rate is a very non-specific measure of the presence of inflammation. None of these values has any meaning absent their being taken in context of the medical condition of the patient.
