Equilibration: It seems when you stood up. Your BP dropped slightly, your hr went up. A proper response to drop in bp. Usually the body takes a minute to equilibrate the change in position and can normalize to an extent. People who are dehydrated like in fasting may not be able to do so completely. Some people actually can overshoot due to release of hormones. You're young and seems ok. Ask your doctor about it.
