Yes: Some people can get dizzy headed or faint from a sudden drop in blood pressure. It can be called postural hypotension. If it is severe, then you will need to see your doctor.

Fainting: If you risei to rapidly from one position to another it is possible the blood supply doesnt get to your brain quick enough and you can black out momentarily. It is known as idiopathic orthostatic hypotension.
