Multiple: Multiple things, but tops on the lists are neurological promblems like acoustic neuroma or multiple sclerosis; concussion or meniere's disease. Exposure to carbon monoxide or drugs: cocaine, asprirn, motrin. High blood pressure can cause these symptoms. So can ear problems like perforated tm and tmj.
