Self Harming: If you're truly 22, you're legally an adult and don't need a parent's help to get yourself into therapy. If you're actually a minor, please involve your parents in this -- parents are there to help guide you. Therapy with a good psychologist can be very helpful to you. Also you can get the dialectical behavioral therapy skills workbook by mckay: http://tinyurl.Com/kvych7o a wealth of help.
