Fair to good: Acute kidney failure can be reversed in healthy individuals. Wagener's is present so recovery may never be complete. The only thing i know, other than your social drinking, about your medical history is your intake of cyclophosphamide. There are other medications like imuran, (azathioprine) methotrexate, etc. Used in the treatment of wagener's that have promising positive results. Visit the mayo clinic.
