Unfortunately no: The natural course of renal failure is uremia and death. A low protein diet may alleviate some symptoms but the ultimate outcome will be death. Close monitoring of fluid intake and k restriction can improve non dialysis survival also. In general eating and drinking less will lead to longer survival, there are no natural supplements that increase longevity for esrd.
