My son 10 months 10 kgs doesn't want to eat anything he just breast feeds n lil top feed his hb was found 10 what to do?

Anemia and poor feed: Well- exclusive breast feeding is good until babies are four months old only. After that, baby needs to be transitioned to other sources of diet. I suggest greens ( veggies), fruits and iron fortified grains. It is hard for babies to transition as the comfort provided by breast milk is not replaced by other feeds. But you need to show ' tough love" here. Breast feeds only twice/ day.
