Should be ok: As long as where you are has nearby hospitals. Do bring a copy of your medical records, especially blood tests and ultrasound reports. By 5 days after a Methotrexate injection so people notice an increase in pain. However if you are having severe pain and feel lightheaded don't leave town! see your doctor because the ectopic may be bleeding.
