Fall: If you child seems alert and playful, just observe her behavior, if she is tired, let her rest but make sure you can wake her at regular intervals of 30 minutes. If she is vomiting uncontrollably take her to the er. If she is nauseous observe herand if her condition is deteriorating check in with the er.
