Kidney stone?: If this is a new pain, it may be a kidney stone which is passing down the ureter (a small tube from your kidney to bladder), which can cause severe pain. If you can't hande the pain, the er. If not too severe, see your doc to check urine for blood and possible xray. If this is a monthly thing, it might just mean you have bad cramps/dysmenorrhea, which can be treated.. See your doc.
