I have a swollen lymph node at the back of my neck i have lost 2 and a half stone over a period of 6 months. night sweats becoming breathless, iching?

You need a medical c: You should have your doctor examine your lymph gland. If it is over 1 cm in size and growing , then a biopsy may be indicated. I would also advise you to have other tests done(like cbc, thyroid functions, liver functions etc) to find the cause of your unintended weight loss.
