See a gynecologist: your symptoms sound concerning, please see a gynecologist to get examined and tested for possible sexually transmitted diseases and to have a pelvic exam to look for any possible causes of your swelling.

Need seen: you need to see a live doctor. You probably need a biopsy of that lump, and a ct scan of your chest and abdomen.
