Do i have chronic fatigue syndrome? i'm at a loss about my constant nausea and fatigue. i'm exhausted and nothing i do is helping me. please help

Chronic fatigue : Chronic fatigue is a constellation of symptoms. Make sure you get seen by your doctor to have blood tests to rule out anemia, thyroid disease, vitamin deficiencies, electrolyte disturbances, and chronic illness. Then get back to basics. Three meals/day, excercize regularly, sleep regularly, avoid caffeine completely, hydrate sufficiently, and decrease stress. Hope you find this helpful.

See details: Nausea is not a component of cfs. These issues need evaluation. Do not assume this to be just cfs.
