I feel constant nausea and tiredness past few weeks plus weight loss and constipation. doc doesn't think it's cancer but i do. what elsecould it be?

Too young: You probably have helicobactor pylori. Get your doc to test you for that. You may need a egd/ barium swallow. Your liver has to be tested ( cmp ) also along with cbc. If colon cancer runs in family colonoscopy, CEA blood test will help.
