Have an evaluation: If you have a psychiatrist or psychologist - talk with them about this. If not, ask your physician for a referral to get an evaluation in addition to whatever lab tests, etc. That they think merited. This could be a combination of things - but depression seems part of it. It could be secondary to a medical illness. Get a full checkup - covering physical, neurological and emotional functioning.

Depression: You may be suffering from depression, ask someone close to you if they think your mood has been off and if so consult a mental health professional as psychotherapy can be very helpful in identifying the cause of your distress while developing methods to cope more effectively, hopefully returning you to your former level of functioning.
