See below: There are multiple over the counter analgesic creams for hemorrhoids. You can try one of those or Hydrocortisone suppository (however do not use them for more than 1 week). Also try to do sitz baths 2-3 times a day (sit in a tub of warm water for 15 min). All of the above measures are just for a temporary relief until hemorrhoids are addressed.
