Many possible causes: Take them out and clean them thoroughly. Be sure to rub them with the cleaning solution. For the best cleaning, use a peroxide-based system like clear care. If this does not work, then do not wear contacts for a day and then put in a new pair. If this does not resolve the problem, then see you eye doctor.
