Maybe: Age at the time of the delivery, menstrual history prior to the pregnancy and whether or not you are breast feeding are all factors that can affect your cycle restarting. Some oral contraceptives can have that affect also. There are some true medical conditions that could cause the delay but a good history and lab work can determine that.
