A member asked:

At what age do you lose your baby fat from being a child?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

Fat is fat: There is no such thing as baby fat. There is only fat. Infants are naturally chubby, and the relatively weak abdominal muscles of a two year old make him look like he has a fat belly. But the only thing that will keep a child from growing up with excess fat is a healthy diet and regular exercise. The point is that there is no special fat that automatically disappears as you get older.
