Tincture of time: Give the surgery a day or two to heal before doing vigorous exercise. The increased blood pressure during exercise can promote bleeding. Also, make an appointment with our dentist to replace the missing teeth to prevent posterior bite collapse.

Depends: If your extraction was simple and you have no bleeding than you may do some light exercise. If you had major oral surgery than you want to rest for a few days.
