How long?: It all depends if these are symptoms that have been going on only for a few days versus symptoms that have been recurring for a longer period of time. If symptoms only for a few days this could be associated with a virus and usually resolves on its own.If it has been going on for a long time there a various possibilities like thyroid problems, inflammatory conditions, etc. You would need labs done.
