Ok so fever still 102.3 due to swine flu. i took 2 extra strength tylonel at 915 pm (1, 000 mg) then more 615 am (1, 000 mg). can i take 2 more doses?

Tylenol (acetaminophen): The maximum safe dosing on tylenol (acetaminophen) guidlines changed last year. Now, you can safely take up to 1000mg three times a day (3000mg/day total).
