Very carefully: There are a multitude of hamstring stretches online. Pick a few that feel like they really help and do them daily. The key is to stretch slowly and for 15-30 seconds. Maintain good form and avoid ballistic stretching until you are relatively limber. Good luck. They are a lot of fun?....
