See a dentist: If you have bad decay, be sure you are staying away from sodas and foods that will contribute, brush after meals, and see a dentist to stop the progression. A dentist can remove the decay and place fluoridated materials to prevent it from going further. But avoiding the dentist and allowing it to progress will cause pain, tooth loss and more expensive care.
