Has anyone ever worked with someone whose stiff person syndrome (moersch woltman syndrome) went into remission? did it come back again?

This interests me: Do you know of someone with stiff person syndrome who went into remission? How did it go into remission? Stiff person syndrome is rare and usually devastating. I have someone with this who has tried many treatments and is not doing well. So, would like your experience.... And which md treated this person? So, to answer your question, I have not seen this go into remission.
