I have atril fib i was told not to sleep on my left side. because of the artery on that side, could cause me to go into atril fib. any truth to that?

Some truth...: If you are in chronic a. Fib., then lying on your left side will not cause you to go in to the rhythm but might make the symptoms feels more obvious, but is not harmful. If you are prone to a. Fib., and you jump in and out of it, then there are reports that say that left-side lying can be a trigger.
