Atkins diet: Atkins diet is a kerogen edits inducing diet which stands for high fat and high protein with few carbs vegetables are carb rich and not present in the traditional atkins since you are going to just achieve weight loss as long as you donot add root vegetables like potatoes or flour u should be fine.
