Dirty test: If by dirty test you mean you failed urine drug screening, that is a sign of drug addiction. No physician would like to prescribe pain meds for you for fear of abuse. If you have a legitimate reason for pain, try seeking interventional therapies for pain rather than medications.

Pain clinics are very closely scrutinized by the dea to make sure they take necessary action in this situation. You may need counseling as well as other substance services which can help.
