A 21-year-old male asked:

Pain Management 27 years experience
Possibly!: If your bone density becomes critically low, there is a risk that shearing, rotational or static force on your bones could result in a bone fracture. You must weigh the benefit of the treatment with the possible risk of bone trauma or fracture.
A 35-year-old member asked:
Dr. Satvinder Dhesi

Reduced effect: Taking expired medication may result in reduction of the intended effect of the medication. It also depends on how far past the expiration date the medication is. Most likely, the only thing that would happen is that you may feel it is not as effective at reducing your pain as it was with prior administration.
A 17-year-old female asked:
Dr. Satvinder Dhesi

That's not normal!: The amount of swelling and size and the severity of the pain seems excessive for a relatively minor trauma, I would have this evaluated and make sure you do not have a fracture or hematoma.
