Size matters!: Eating a tiny piece of weed... that's too little for screening drug tests to pick up. Eating a medium-sized piece of weed... well, nobody knows whether it'll get detected. Eating a huge piece... the screening tests could detect it. Of course, nobody really knows what "tiny", "medium-sized" or "huge" actually means... so one can just avoid all drugs and any persons who touch drugs. That's the goal.

Yes: Regardless of whether marijuana is ingested or smoked, it still leaves the body through your urine so will be detectable in urine just the same. Probably not worth the risk when probation is at stake. You may test +: which is not "dirty." Dirty and clean are stigmatizing terms which we do not use for other diseases. Nobody's urine is "dirty" for sugar if they are diabetic, and nobody's blood pressure is "dirty" if it is elevated. If you ingest marijuana in any quantity that might make you 'high', it will test positive. Sounds like impulse control and craving are the problems you need to face, not a + test.
