Start with the town: Hall whaere they live. There should be a department of elderly affairs. Often they have lists of assisted living facilities nearby. If you are working and your company has an employee assistance program, call them (usually an 800 number 24/7) they can help you find places as well and will do some of the leg work for you (preparing a list of facilities).
