Can men be able to lactate?

Yes, but why?: Men have all the necessary plumbing for lactation and, under certain pathologic conditions, will lactate (the medical term is galactorhea). However, it is not physiologically normal for men to do this but is most often a symptom of something out of whack hormonally. If this is you, see your doc for evaluation.

Yes: Although small in quantity, there is glandular tissue in the male breast, which can lactate with various stimuli: anything that increases prolactin can produce lactation, e.g. Female hormones given some men with prostate cancer; certain drugs (thorazine, ± digoxin); pituitary tumor (prolactinoma); nipple stimulation by feeding infants.
