Ask provider: Discuss this issue and any other pros and cons of the procedure. Ask what to expect, alternatives, etc. Perhaps you can wait and just eat moderately w/ a healthy diet until you finish lactating if they feel it's better to wait.

Lipomatic: If you are referring to a liposuction type procedure that would require some anesthesia, I would recommend against it until you have stopped beastfeeding
