Can a man sucking on a woman's breast cause her to lactate?

Lactation: Nipple stimulation can raise "prolactin" levels. This in turn could cause lactation. Unlikely that one short episode would cause prolonged lacy station called "galactorrhea". Check with your primary care doc if it does.

Yes: Nipple stimulation causes release of oxytocin and thus milk production.
