Definately: One of the things that is often really good for autistic individuals is to have a regular exercise routine. Important to keep every thing in balance and not be excessive , but exercise is good and walking/running is a great exercise.

Exercise is good but: Individuals with autism as well and "typical" individuals benefit from regular exercise. Running "a lot" is concerning if it your running prevents you from engaging in necessary daily activities. What makes you believe you have autism? Were you diagnosed as a child? If you are having problems socializing, you may benefit from speaking to a therapist to help develop social strategies for you.
