Are you a minor or : An adult? If you are a minor, i really encourage you to involve your parents. One of a parent's roles is to help their children through difficulties. If you are an adult then you have no obligation to share this with anyone. Are you ashamed of wanting to get mental health assistance? If that is the case, work to get over it. If is too important to let stuff like that get in the way. Take care.
