A member asked:

My mother is suffering from ascites and the problem that she has is that she can't pee. what is the solution?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

Urine and ascites: It i always best to discuss your mother's problem with her physician (p). Ask the p if she is forming more ascites and to take some blood to assess her liver and kidney function. If so, and her renal function is not impaired, aldosterone antagonists can be used to make her urine output increase.
