A member asked:

My urine flow at night is very slow when i wake up to pee. seems ok during the day i'm a 35 years old mother of 3. there is no pain, fullness after.?

Flow vs volume: The volume of the distended bladder can influence the force of urination. Your perception of a "slow" stream at night may just reflect a low voided volume. As a female, unless there are issues of urinary tract infection or incontinence, i would generally not be worried about force of urinary stream.
